Wind River Canyon to Legend Rock, Wyoming

The next morning, I left Lander, Wyoming through the Wind River Canyon.




Cottonwood Creek as it flows by Legend Rock State Petroglyph Site.

This is northwest of Thermopolis, Wyoming.

In the distance where the creek and the dirt road come closest to the ridge is where the petroglyphs are located.

This 30 acre park is very seldom visited by the general public.
