San Diego Mayor Jerry Sanders
San Diego Mayor Jerry Sanders is a semi-regular guest on KUSI. He is very friendly. I joked that I have gone from calling him Chief to calling him Mayor. He says to just call him Jerry. He visited us on January 23, 2006. He talked about water/sewage rates and the San Diego Chargers.

Our water and sewer rates may have to go up because the city cannot sell bonds in order to fix our old infrastructure.
City planning remains very complicated because we still do not have an audit.
The mayor has been talking with the San Diego Chargers to see if we can work out an agreement for them to stay in San Diego. He wants something that is fair to everyone.
