Wow, two big heads in the same photo.



This has been identified as San Lorenzo Head 5. There are some jaguar paws on the headdress.










The door to see San Lorenzo Head 1 was locked when I was there.


































These Olmec basalt sculptures are called San Lorenzo Heads 3 and 4. My 4 foot (1.2 meter) walkingstick in the background gives you an idea of their size. Head 3 also appears to have been intentionally mutilated.
