Veracruz, Texolo Waterfalls

This is a plaque which states Veracruz is the "Four Time Heroric" city. Many Americans do not realize the United States invaded Veracruz twice.

This is the Zocalo (Town Square) in Veracruz on November 1, 2001.

While I was uploading these pictures at an internet shop near the Veracruz Zocalo, I heard some mariachi music. I went outside and saw this group serenading a local home. This is the last of the Veracruz pictures.

The Texolo Waterfalls (there are two larger ones) are just out of Xico, which is not far from Xalapa, Mexico. If these pictures remind you of the movies "Romancing the Stone" or "Clear And Present Danger" you're right. Part of them were shot here.
