Ralph Rubio came by to show us how to make a great fish taco. Ralph is the owner of Rubio's
Tacos. Rubio's Tacos started here in San Diego and have spread across the country. They are
now called Rubio's Fresh Mexican Grill. Here he is showing Susan how he does it.
You start with a soft taco shell, add your beer battered fish, sprinkle on some cabbage,
and then squeeze some fresh lime juice over it all.
Ralph says it is not a great fish taco without the lime juice. Dan decided to get in line for a sample.
