My May 2006 makeover
After losing lots of weight, KUSI Fashion Guru Leonard Simpson asked me if I would be willing to participate in
a makeover. I decided to give it a try. On May 22, I had a facial, a massage and a manicure thanks to the nice
folks at Face Factory in El Cajon. Later, Leonard met me at Peter James in Del Mar to pick out some clothes. Then, I
went to Tony Reda's Head Games salon in Hillcrest for some work on my hair.
When I wrote this, it had been almost five days, and I was still not quite used to the changes. The general concensus has been very positive.
Leonard can arrange to do a makeover for you, too. I have posted some links for all of the participants at the bottom
of the page.
Seeing this face gives you an idea why a makeover was suggested... :-)

After getting my hair cut and colored, it was time to dry my hair. The hair dryer is real. I felt like I was in an old episode of "I Love Lucy."
This is me after the cut and color.
